The Role of Joint Venture General Manager is to drive growth in the region while supporting successful growth and coordination of joint ventures.

The position exists to implement policies decided by the Board of Directors, carry out decisions, and make day-to-day decisions necessary for efficient company performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing policies and decisions made by the Board of Directors.
  • Proposing management structures required for proper management, including potential candidates for roles, subject to Board approval.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual provisions, standards, and regulations.
  • Representing the company in dealings with employers and third parties.
  • Organizing and supervising company accounts, including invoicing and payments.
  • Keeping the Board informed on project progress and relevant contract matters at specified intervals.

For this role, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant business startup and management experience.
  • Strong business partnering experience.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Good IT and systems knowledge.
  • Understanding of Oil & Gas services business and accounting.
