The Housekeeping Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the housekeeping department. Key responsibilities include managing daily cleaning tasks, maintaining room keys and auxiliary locks, and communicating effectively with guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain paperwork, staff records, and cleaning schedules.
- Assign cleaning tasks and ensure they are completed effectively.
- Take inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is highly valued.
- At least one year of experience as an administrative professional or coordinator.
- Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in English (writing and speaking) is a must.
