Marketing Operations ManagerJob Description:

The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and supervision of display standards, ensuring that all fronts are managed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: FF KPI standard output and assessment plan landing, FF on-the-ground supervision of target setting and output achievement, RMS promotion and use of each business module, national monthly incentive plan and salary incentive verification, approval of national labor costs and ROI management.

Responsibilities:
  • FF KPI standard output and assessment plan landing
  • FF on-the-ground supervision of target setting and output achievement
  • RMS the promotion and use of each business module, supervision of implementation and the achievement of indicators
  • National monthly incentive plan and salary incentive verification, approval of national labor costs and ROI management
Fronts:
  • Responsible for the management of new fronts, fronts maintenance and upgrade
  • Responsible for the output and implementation supervision of display standards
  • Responsible for position-related budget management and cost verification
  • Connect with headquarters and local suppliers and procurement, and be responsible for following up the procurement, transportation and installation of the display counter
  • Responsible for monitoring the output of the fronts and optimizing the inefficient fronts
  • Ensure fronts management is aligned with RMS system processes
Requirements:
  1. 3C industry background experience, mobile phone experience is preferred, 1-3 years of store and human management experience
  2. Familiar with human management system and KPI rulemaking
  3. Relevant experience in outsourcing manpower supplier management and goal setting
  4. Have a clear landing logic for human output and people-store matching
  5. Familiar with the position management system and rules
  6. English can be used as a working language; Arabic is preferred
