Job Title: Hospitality Services Supervisor

Servicing Excellence

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hospitality Services Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of our Food & Beverage department.

  • Review bookings and plan for seamless service during shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction and high-quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper equipment in the F&B area prior to opening, adhering to strict maintenance standards.
  • Respond promptly to guest feedback, inquiries, and comments, showcasing exceptional customer care.
  • Collaborate with team members to schedule, train, and provide constructive feedback, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Serve as a role model, leading by example, and upholding Six Senses' values of sustainability, wellness, and crafted experiences.
  • Support the achievement of performance benchmarks, adhering to quality standards and guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for:

  1. Ensuring smooth operations during peak periods.
  2. Maintaining excellent knowledge of outlet menus, wine, and daily activities.
  3. Providing expert advice on menu items and making suggestions for upselling when appropriate.
  4. Upholding LQA standards and adhering to strict quality control measures.
Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this position, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with additional languages advantageous.
  • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit, as required by local regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
