We are seeking a highly skilled HR & Admin Officer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As the primary liaison for administrative and HR matters, you will collaborate closely with our corporate HR department in Muscat on all aspects of human resources management.
Key Responsibilities:- You will serve as the main point of contact for HR and administrative inquiries.
- Collaborate with our corporate HR department to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company's goals.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data, including personnel files and payroll information.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding employment, labor, and immigration in KSA.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, stakeholders, and government agencies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in GCC countries, preferably in KSA handling HR and Admin roles, is an asset.
- Talent acquisition and recruitment are essential skills for this role.
- Employee onboarding and contract management are critical responsibilities.
- Government formalities and compliance require attention to detail.
- Employee relations and conflict resolution are key areas of focus.
- Administrative task management and timekeeping are crucial for success in this role.
- A Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field would be an advantage.
- Chartered qualifications in Human Resources or a related field are highly valued.
