About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to design and implement human resources processes across various disciplines, including compensation, benefits, international HR, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, and HR information systems.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced program knowledge and experience, along with strong business acumen, to provide consultative expertise to HR and business leaders. Analyzing HR data is required to drive strategic value for the organization.
Responsibilities may include guiding, training, and coordinating work of less experienced specialists. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of six years of experience. A master's degree and professional HR certification are preferred.
Key Requirements- Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Master's degree and professional HR certification (preferred)
