Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role involves ensuring the reliability and integrity of plant equipment and systems in allocated areas by applying approved standards, procedures, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement routine and non-routine maintenance on relevant equipment, documenting all work history and data in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Develop testing protocols, certificates, and documentation aligned with established industry standards, linking them to respective equipment within the CMMS.
  • Maintain adherence to approved standards, procedures, and schedules for plant reliability and integrity according to company guidelines.
Requirements:
  • A degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent.
  • Over 8 years of mechanical maintenance experience within the petrochemical, oil and gas, or power generation industries.
  • Fluent English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) at an IELTS level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Windows.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Rotating equipment alignment, including reverse dial gauge alignment and laser alignment.
  • Leadership skills to guide junior team members.
  • Ability to properly handle and replace gland packing.
