Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and integrity of plant equipment and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or instrument maintenance within the petrochemical, oil and gas, or power generation industries, with at least 8 years of experience as a supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply approved standards, procedures, and schedules to ensure equipment reliability and integrity.
  • Supervise all field work within the area, ensuring sufficient resources and equipment are available for all activities.
  • Contribute to the development of procedures, work instructions, repair plans, inspection, and testing schedules, ensuring compliance.
  • Assist in developing maintenance plans by providing work scope details and resource requirements, adhering to schedules.
  • Implement scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ensuring all work is documented in the CMMS system.
  • Ensure high-quality work on mechanical, electrical, and instrument equipment, including correct installation, testing, and proper specifications.
  • Mentor technicians to develop Oman nationals into competent technicians.
  • Ensure all work complies with QHSE policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree, HND, or Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
  • Experience: Over 15 years in mechanical, electrical, or instrument maintenance, with at least 8 years as a supervisor.
