Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to support our office operations in Albania, Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative assistance, managing daily tasks, and ensuring a warm welcome for our visitors.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for performing a range of clerical tasks, including answering phone calls, sorting and delivering mail, and greeting visitors. You will also be required to provide exceptional customer service assistance and maintain a welcoming environment.

  • Answering and transferring phone calls to employees
  • Sorting and delivering mail
  • Greeting visitors and providing a welcoming environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service assistance
  • Performing additional administrative office duties as needed

Requirements

  1. Must be below 30 years old
  2. Must be conversant in English
  3. Must be Female
  4. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a receptionist
  5. Must be able and willing to work in Albania, Europe
