About the Job
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies aligned with business objectives and regional labor laws. You will also create clear and comprehensive job descriptions to ensure effective recruitment and role clarity.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and rolling out performance management systems to support employee growth and accountability.
- Cascading company KPIs across departments to align teams with organizational goals.
- Establishing an authority matrix to streamline decision-making and accountability at all levels.
- Designing and managing bonus and incentive schemes that reward performance and support employee motivation.
- Acting as a strategic advisor to management on workforce planning and organizational structure.
- Driving HR projects, such as employee engagement and culture initiatives, that enhance workplace experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in the FMCG or a fast-paced consumer-focused industry.
- Strong expertise in HR policy development, performance frameworks, and talent strategy.
- Proven ability to design and implement KPI systems, authority matrices, and incentive plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
- Experience managing complex HR functions and aligning HR initiatives with business priorities.
- A detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Eligibility: Local candidates only due to government localization requirements.
