Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team and contribute to the development of our human resources function.

About the Role

  • This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to establish and manage HR functions from scratch.
  • You will be responsible for developing systems and processes to aid recruitment, staffing, retention, and development of the sales teams.
  • Aligning an overall compensation benchmark across all levels of the team is another critical aspect of this role.
  • You will identify talent pool mix to include local as well as expatriate team members and design a performance management system & foster a pay for performance culture.
  • Leading organization capability development with tools for training and development is also part of this role.

Requirements

  • Omani Nationals or long-term residents in Oman are preferred.
  • A university degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is essential.
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of generalist experience, including setting up and developing key HR functions within a large organization, is required.
  • Prior HR Leadership Development Program participation or HR business partner experience within a global organization is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will be a team player with leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and an aptitude for innovation.
  • A proven self-starter with a results-oriented approach is essential to succeed in this role.
