As a System Administrator and Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Manage hardware and software assets, networks, servers, and technology tools.
  • System Administration: Administer web services, configure user accounts, and monitor system health and performance.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure security through access controls, backups, firewalls, and system hardening.
  • Database Management: Manage databases and ensure data integrity.
  • System Upgrades: Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
  • Certifications and Experience: Proficient in systems such as Fortigate Firewalls, HP/CISCO/Aruba/D-Link/Allied Telesis Switches, Windows Servers, VM, and databases. Prior experience with Milestone applications, Gallagher, Lenel On-Guard, and Commend IP applications is advantageous.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead the integration of new connected assets into systems, conduct performance and troubleshooting tests, supervise and audit third-party contractors, and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Incident Handling and Change Management: Handle incidents and change management, including incident analysis, reporting, and corrective actions.
  • Training and Development: Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies and maintain an internal knowledge base with technical documentation, manuals, and system policies.

This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, as well as excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
