Technical Architect

We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing highly integrated CRM systems.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in designing and delivering complex CRM solutions, including data migration, event streaming, and real-time integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver gap-fit analysis documents by understanding business needs and translating requirements into solution design documents.
  • Design unified service desktop hosting multiple banking applications on a single platform.
  • Contribute to planning, analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support of CRM implementations.
  • Define technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
  • Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand and meet their requirements.
  • Develop bank-specific CRM implementation architecture design principles.
  • Determine the technology stack for implementation, ensuring it meets organizational needs.
  • Review target technical architecture blueprints to ensure compliance with project objectives.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, SMEs, and delivery leads to review estimates and solution plans aligned with project goals.
  • Perform hardware and network sizing and capacity planning.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and develop security controls to support external regulations.
  • Lead performance engineering activities, including modeling, forecasting, testing, and tuning.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in architecting and implementing CRM systems.
  • Experience in delivering gap-fit analysis documents and designing unified service desktops.
  • Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical skills, including data migration, event streaming, and real-time integration.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
