Technical Lead for CRM Implementation

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead to oversee the delivery of technical components, ensuring seamless integration with other applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Project Management: Oversee the delivery of technical components, including SaaS/PaaS technology components, ensuring that all technical aspects of the CRM implementation meet the required standards.
  • Customization: Ensure that custom features align with user requirements and review the implications of customization.
  • Integration: Ensure that necessary APIs are used to connect CRM with other peripheral applications and services as needed.
  • Security: Implement appropriate security measures to protect sensitive customer data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Testing Strategy: Design a comprehensive testing strategy, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Resource Management: Identify and manage technical resources for the project, utilizing them effectively throughout the project.
  • Architecture Components: Own the design, build, and test of all technology architecture components/solutions.
  • Stakeholder Buy-In: Obtain stakeholder buy-in for application and technical designs.
  • Proof of Concept: Validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed architecture and technology solutions.
  • Review and Validation: Review all deliverables and documentation from partner teams to ensure they meet project requirements and quality standards.
  • Deployment: Plan and manage the deployment of the CRM solution, coordinating with stakeholders for a smooth deployment process.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the project adheres to Managed Delivery principles, confirming all processes and methodologies are followed correctly.
  • Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, mentoring team members and ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Handover: Coordinate with technology stakeholders for signoffs on CRM production release and ensure smooth handover of system to Run the Bank IT team after Go-live stage.
