Sales Account Manager Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing key accounts, establishing productive relationships with key personnel, and delivering agreed-upon KPIs.

Job Description:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  2. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with key personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed customer expectations and agreed-upon KPIs.
  4. Contribute to the development of the company's services and solutions portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans.
  5. Improve the sales pipeline by identifying new leads, preparing and updating quarterly activity plans, and delivering value to customers through leading value-added projects.
  6. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects by coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources.
  7. Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives by proactively leading joint company-strategic project planning.
  8. Manage project scope, schedule, and costs effectively by using appropriate verification techniques.
  9. Monitor and measure project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques.

KPIs:

  1. Achieve ≥ 100% of AOP Revenue & OYOV.
  2. Deliver all assigned sales-related projects according to KPIs; stalled opportunities should not exceed 10% of the pipeline (by volume).
  3. Follow up with stakeholders to ensure commitments are met and escalate issues as needed.
  4. Lead projects to achieve 100% of AOP Revenue and manage bad debts, adjustments, and terminations to keep revenue leakage below 5% of total collectibles from assigned accounts.
  5. Ensure customer satisfaction targets are met by addressing all requirements, complaints, and demands within the specified SLA.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Business, ICT, Information Technology, or related sciences.
  2. 3-5 years' experience in sales and customer project management within Cloud or IT-related fields.
  3. Strong financial background and ability to develop forecasts and business cases.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation, analysis, and concept development skills.
  5. Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.

Technical Skills:

  1. Knowledge of Telecommunication, Cloud, IoT, ICT.
  2. Excellent customer management skills.
  3. Customer orientation and analytical skills.
  4. Experience in creating and evaluating business cases.
