Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Operator reports directly to the shift supervisor and works in a team environment with other operators as well as people from maintenance, safety, and other roles that interface with the operators' roles.

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining good housekeeping in the plant.
  • Ensuring all equipment is properly guarded and safe for operation.
  • Following all safety guidelines and wearing appropriate safety equipment at all times.
  • Supporting the Injaz program.
  • Mandating and transferring to other departments when needed.
  • Performing any related tasks assigned by the direct line report in the process operation area.
