Sport Business Developer Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking an entrepreneurial individual to develop and manage a sports business in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing the Stranger Soccer brand to life, recruiting and training staff, securing game venues, and engaging in sales and marketing efforts.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about football and has a background in management and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong connection to their local football scene and a commitment to owning, driving, and scaling the Stranger Soccer brand in the assigned market.

The role requires a high level of autonomy and flexibility, with the support of a headquarters team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to work independently, and has a hunger to succeed.

Responsibilities:
  • Become familiar with the Stranger Soccer concept and services.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce Stranger Soccer to the local community, such as through partnerships or events.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow the user base.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including venue owners and customers.
  • Provide feedback to headquarters on local market conditions and potential areas for improvement.
