Role Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for a charismatic and organized individual to join our resort's front-of-house team as a Hostess. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing guest expectations, and working closely with colleagues to achieve exceptional service standards.
Key Tasks:
- Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor and manage wait times, adjusting tables and sections as necessary to optimize service efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any concerns or issues.
- Participate in monthly sales meetings to discuss performance, promote new initiatives, and share best practices.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills, product knowledge, and interpersonal competencies.
