Kitchen Machinery Operations Role

This full-time position involves the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment to ensure seamless food service operations. As a skilled technician, you will work independently to identify and resolve issues related to kitchen machinery.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and maintaining kitchen equipment to prevent breakdowns.
  • Performing routine checks on machinery to detect potential issues.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.

In this role, you will contribute to the overall success of our hospitality brand by providing exceptional service to our guests while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. A licensed high/low pressure boiler operator or equivalent certification is an asset. Proven knowledge in the operation of equipment such as steam engines, generators, motors, turbines, and/or steam boilers is essential.
