Job Title: Personal Service Ambassador

Imagine making every guest feel like royalty. As our Personal Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for guests and their needs, ensuring seamless experiences from check-in to departure. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will make all the difference in delivering legendary service inspired by Asian heritage.

About the Role:

Our ideal candidate is a master of craft with impeccable personal presentation and a passion for providing memorable moments that surprise and inspire our guests. You will liaise with external partners to create unique experiences and know about cultural, sports, and other activities in Muscat and surroundings. Your duties will include performing tasks at the Concierge Desk such as check-in, check-out, credit card handling, complaint handling, and guest relation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaises with external partners to create unique experiences for guests.
  • Performs duties of all functions within the Concierge Desk.
  • Acts as an ambassador of the hotel, engaging actively with guests and colleagues.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, who can work well under pressure and have a strong attention to detail. Your knowledge of local culture and activities will be beneficial in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Additionally, you should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, maintaining high standards of personal hygiene, behavior, and grooming.
