Procurement Specialist

This is a key role within our procurement team, responsible for purchasing goods and services in line with company policies and procedures.

  • Purchase goods and services from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining accurate records of purchases.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver procurement reports and presentations to internal stakeholders.
  • Support tendering, negotiation, and contract award processes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • No prior procurement experience is required; fresh graduates or career switchers with a strong desire to learn are welcome.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc.).
  • Skilled in PowerPoint for creating clear and effective presentations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
