We are seeking a skilled Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a master of their craft, thriving in a collaborative environment that values integrity, respect, and responsibility.

The successful candidate will possess a growth mindset, embracing continuous learning and self-improvement. They will have excellent communication skills, being able to greet guests, residents, and visitors by name whenever possible, in a polite, professional, and personable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure guest and resident satisfaction, providing services and information that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, including desk-based procedures and processes.
  • Assist residents with obtaining services related to their apartments, in accordance with lease and contractual arrangements.
  • Provide detailed information on services such as dining reservations, concert tickets, travel arrangements, maintenance, personal trainers, and massage therapists.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of guests' and residents' requests and work tasks, communicating relevant information to colleagues and/or management as required.
  • Greet guests, residents, and visitors courteously and professionally.
  • Ensure the safe keeping, collection, and drop-off of master key and ERT key.
  • Ensure access to Resident's units is properly handled and logged.
  • Coordinate and oversee safe parking of resident's cars in our parking bays as per dedicated parking slots.
  • Assist with directions and gate access for residents' guests and resident's deliveries.
  • Send notice letters of upcoming tasks and activities planned in Residences to the Owners and Tenants to ensure good communication.
  • Receive and send facsimiles, mail, packages on behalf of our residents and guests in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Cover Doorman duties when required.
  • Ensure prompt and safe luggage and deliveries handling.
  • Attend briefings at the beginning and end of shift to ensure continuity of service.
