Job Title: Senior Assurance Professional
Job Description:You will be responsible for overseeing work in a client-facing role, requiring presentations to internal senior leadership, project teams, and supply chains.
This position involves leading the Assurance team, comprising Mace employees and external consultants, and building and overseeing the Assurance team responsible for health and safety, environmental/sustainability management, quality management, and worker welfare.
- Demonstrable portfolio management experience in a consultancy or client capacity.
- Manage performance and continuous improvement of standard processes.
- Train and support the wider team in processes and procedures as needed.
The successful candidate will have formal auditor training in relevant subject, line management experience, quality assurance and management system experience, and internal auditing experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget.
- Manage external certification audits and support achievement of new certifications.
- Organize and facilitate internal audits, produce audit reports, and investigate non-conformance root causes.
- Review management system content and recommend improvements.
- Analyze data and metrics for management reviews and provide recommendations.
- Support business development activities with expertise and knowledge.
