A senior sales executive/sales lead is sought to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the Middle East market, requiring a deep understanding of local business dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Mapping: Develop targeted sales strategies tailored to client needs, establish key contact points, and maintain accurate client data.
  2. Solution Designing: Analyze problem statements to propose innovative solutions that meet client requirements.
  3. Timely Collection:
  4. Client Communication: Deliver technical presentations showcasing product benefits, address client concerns, and ensure successful project execution.
  5. Closing Deals: Negotiate contract terms, analyze cost and sales, and secure agreements.
  6. MIS Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reports to stakeholders.
  7. Quotation Follow-ups: Ensure seamless CRM updates.
  8. Interdepartmental Coordination: Foster collaboration with Sales Support, Estimation, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics, and Plant personnel for efficient project delivery.
  9. Importer Liaison: Understand client requirements regarding quality, labeling, packaging, packing, and markings on export products, as well as compliance with ever-changing government policies and tariffs.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Middle East market.
  • Project sales/value-based selling, direct, institutional sales, and product sales through contractors are preferred.
  • Experience in the steel trading industry is beneficial.
Preferred Skills:
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
