
Sales and Business Development Professional

A sales and business development professional is required to drive growth and expansion in the Oman market.
The ideal candidate should possess strong selling skills, with a proven track record of success in selling fencing products to government entities, infra customers, and the oil & gas industry.
Main Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Identify opportunities to sell tailored solutions to clients, understand their needs from a business perspective, identify key contacts, and maintain client data.
- Solution Design: Develop solutions that meet client needs, proposing suitable products or services to address problem statements.
- Closing Deals: Analyze cost and sales, negotiate contract terms, and close sales by agreeing on conditions.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare timely reports for stakeholders.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with Sales Support, Estimation, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics, and Plant personnel for smooth project execution.
- Client Communication: Make presentations demonstrating how products meet client needs, solving problems throughout the process/project.
- Quotation Follow-ups: Ensure timely updates in CRM.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Middle East market.
- Experience in project sales/value-based selling, direct institutional sales, and product sales through contractors are preferred.
- Knowledge of the steel trading industry is beneficial.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
