Job Description:

We're seeking an exceptional Product Development Director who will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our platform's roadmap. This visionary leader will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and telecom integration, to shape a product that empowers operational teams and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
  2. Market Analysis: Identify market trends and customer insights, particularly in telecom and AI-driven solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to translate product requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Collaborate with telecom integration experts to ensure seamless connectivity with core network systems and OSS.
  • Oversee the integration of Generative AI and LLM capabilities into product features.
  • Ensure AI-driven insights and recommendations are seamlessly embedded in the user experience.

Product Lifecycle Management:

  1. Manage the entire product lifecycle—from ideation through launch, iteration, and continuous improvement.
  2. Prioritize feature development based on data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including telecom operators and regulatory bodies.
  • Gather, analyze, and integrate feedback to refine product features and ensure regulatory compliance.

Experience:

  1. 7-10+ years of product management experience in tech/software products, preferably within telecom, enterprise, or data-intensive industries.
  2. Proven track record of managing products that incorporate AI/ML capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into a clear, compelling product vision.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
