Senior Assurance Associate

We are seeking a Senior Assurance Associate to join our team in Oman. As a Senior Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for providing assurance services to our clients across various industries.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading audit teams, and ensuring that all audits are completed on time and to a high standard.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Lead audit teams and ensure that all audits are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Develop and implement audit plans and procedures
  • Ensure that all audit findings are properly documented and communicated to clients
  • Maintain current knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Relevant professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in assurance services
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Advanced professional certification (e.g. CAIA, CFA)
  • Experience working in a similar role at a major accounting firm
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
