Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will oversee the timely preparation and delivery of accurate invoices for all guest accounts, events, and corporate clients. This involves ensuring that all supporting documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with Sales, Events, and Front Office to resolve discrepancies and maintain proactive communication with clients regarding payment terms and overdue accounts.

You will be responsible for monitoring aging reports and following up on outstanding balances to ensure prompt collections. Escalating collection issues as necessary and recommending credit holds when appropriate will also be part of your duties.

In addition, you will reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Preparing monthly AR reports and analysis for management review will also be an essential task.

This role requires a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and credit control. Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial in this position, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A high degree of proficiency in PMS and financial systems (Opera, Sun, Oracle, etc.) is required. Strong organizational and time management abilities will also be beneficial.

We are looking for a positive, collaborative individual with a passion for service and accountability. Prior experience in hospitality finance is a strong advantage, and leadership capabilities to coach and develop junior team members are also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
