Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily activities of the guest relations team, ensuring smooth and professional service delivery in line with industry standards.
  • Welcome VIPs and long-stay guests personally, monitor their satisfaction, and ensure personalized service.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues effectively, ensuring positive outcomes and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with other departments to honor guest preferences and special requests.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and utilize data to enhance future stays.

About Our Resort

We are a 124-acre resort nestled in between rugged mountains and the pristine Sea of Oman. Our resort features three hotels, 22 food and beverage outlets, a ballroom, recreational facilities, and a spa with treatment villas.
