As a key member of our team, the Housekeeping Attendant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our pre-opening team at voco Muscat Al Mouj.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are clean and welcoming, with attention to every detail. This includes making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing amenities. They will also be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in bathrooms, including sanitizing toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, and floors.

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing amenities.
  • Ensure all guest supplies are replenished and room setups meet brand or hotel standards.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle guest belongings with care and report any lost & found items to the supervisor.
  • Notify maintenance of any room or equipment issues (e.g., plumbing, lighting, air conditioning).
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition.
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies at all times.
