Job Title: Guest Experience Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to optimize room revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction within the hotel's reservations department.

This position involves overseeing a team of reservation specialists, analyzing booking trends, maintaining rate integrity, and ensuring all reservations are processed efficiently and accurately.

  • Manage a team to oversee room reservation activities for individual, group, and corporate bookings.
  • Maintain accurate inventory across all distribution channels (website, OTAs, GDS, direct bookings).
  • Monitor and adjust rates and availability in coordination with the Revenue Manager to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Ensure all reservations are entered accurately and updated with relevant guest preferences or special requests.
