About the Job
  • Craft personalized guest experiences by staying up-to-date on cultural, sports, and other activities in Muscat and its surroundings.
  • Perform a variety of tasks at the Concierge Desk, including check-in, check-out, credit card handling, complaint resolution, guest relations, and correspondence.
  • Assist with billing and invoice preparation.
  • Maintain high standards of service excellence, including quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Support operational shifts at the Concierge Desk and assist the team.
  • Engage actively with guests and colleagues as an ambassador of the hotel.
  • Develop and support trainees, interns, and team members.
  • Handle and update Guest360 and Fans of MO profile data.
  • Promote the Fans of MO guest recognition program to guests.
