Lead Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer to spearhead the development and optimization of enterprise-scale digital banking applications using OutSystems.

  • This role requires strong expertise in OutSystems, a solid technical background, and the ability to mentor and lead development teams.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using OutSystems Web & Mobile. They will also lead the technical implementation and architecture of digital banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using OutSystems Web & Mobile.
  • Lead the technical implementation and architecture of digital banking solutions.
  • Optimize legacy applications by re-architecting them for scalability and efficiency.
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, business analysts, and product owners.
  • Provide mentorship and training to developers on OutSystems best practices.
  • Ensure applications comply with security protocols and industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex OutSystems application issues.
  • Oversee the integration of applications with external systems using APIs, SOAP, REST.
  • Drive technical decision-making and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in software development.
  • Certified OutSystems Professional (Associate/Expert Level preferred).
  • Proficiency in OutSystems Architecture Dashboard and performance optimization techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, SQL, Oracle RDBMS, and API integrations.
  • Experience in unit testing, debugging, and agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with digital banking technologies (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Payment Gateways, POS, Banking Wallets).
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
