Technical Leadership Role

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to spearhead the development and optimization of enterprise-scale digital banking applications using OutSystems.

This role requires strong expertise in OutSystems, a solid technical background, and the ability to mentor and lead development teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using OutSystems Web & Mobile.
  • Technical Implementation: Lead the technical implementation and architecture of digital banking solutions.
  • Legacy Application Optimization: Optimize legacy applications by re-architecting them for scalability and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, debugging, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, business analysts, and product owners.
  • Mentorship and Training: Provide mentorship and training to developers on OutSystems best practices.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure applications comply with security protocols and industry standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex OutSystems application issues.
  • Integration: Oversee the integration of applications with external systems using APIs, SOAP, REST.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in software development.
  • OutSystems Expertise: Certified OutSystems Professional (Associate/Expert Level preferred).
  • Architecture and Performance: Proficiency in OutSystems Architecture Dashboard and performance optimization techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, SQL, Oracle RDBMS, and API integrations.
  • Testing and Methodologies: Experience in unit testing, debugging, and agile methodologies.
  • Digital Banking Technologies: Familiarity with digital banking technologies (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Payment Gateways, POS, Banking Wallets).
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
