Lead Digital Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead the digital transformation of our mobile banking applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of digital channels applications in banking, high-level programming skills, and system development experience.

They will be responsible for ensuring application availability, undertaking maintenance, and performing root cause analysis for issues.

In addition, they will support digital transformation and change management initiatives, setting milestones, coordinating with teams and vendors, and reviewing architecture and design.

The successful candidate will also have expertise in containerization technologies, such as OpenShift and Kubernetes, and proficiency in Java/J2EE, SQL, microservices, and integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure application availability and undertake maintenance
  • Support digital transformation and change management initiatives
  • Set milestones, coordinate with teams and vendors, and review architecture and design
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and ensure compliance with industry standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in IT with extensive knowledge of digital channels applications in banking
  • High-level programming skills, system development experience, and knowledge of SDLC
  • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in containerization technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes), Java/J2EE, SQL, microservices, and integration technologies
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, UI/UX development, Android development, React Native, Jenkins, Flutter, risk and audit compliance, database management (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL), and mobile banking application implementation
