As part of its business growth strategy, a state-of-the-art centre for arts and culture is being developed. The project will include facilities such as F&B outlets, cinema, and art clubs, all under one roof.

We are seeking a highly ambitious and forward-thinking professional to join our team in Oman.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects to deliver agreed outcomes within time, cost, and quality requirements. They will guide and coordinate with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). The individual will also provide day-to-day management and leadership of the project and team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver internal fee expectations
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Manage change effectively
Our Requirements:
  • Experience working in the UAE is essential
  • Proven project management experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and planning skills
  • Developing budget oversight expertise
  • Proficiency in stakeholder collaboration and project management methodologies
  • Understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
