Product Consultant - CRMnext/BusinessNext

We have an urgent requirement for a skilled Product Consultant with expertise in the CRMnext/BusinessNext platform. As part of our team, you will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Providing expert guidance on the CRMnext/BusinessNext platform, particularly in relation to Gold 7 and above versions.
  2. Implementing projects that leverage the full potential of the CRMnext/BusinessNext platform.
  3. Designing and developing complex workflows using Auto Flow, Screen Flow, and other relevant tools.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
  1. Extensive experience with the CRMnext/BusinessNext platform, including knowledge of features in Gold 7 and above versions.
  2. Proven track record of implementing CRMnext/BusinessNext projects, with expertise in functional and technical solution development.
  3. Hands-on experience with designing simple and complex workflows, as well as proficiency in Auto Flow, Business Process Flow, and Screen Flow.
  4. Familiarity with Vivid Flow and Autonoma Flow is a plus.
  5. Expertise in end-to-end development of CRMnext components, including Layouts, Reports, Business Rules, Translators, and Custom Pages.
  6. Strong understanding of SQL DB and front-end development skills using HTML/CSS/XSLT.
  7. Experience with SOAP and REST-based API integration methodologies.

Desired Proficiencies:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience in the BFSI domain is mandatory. Out-of-the-box thinking, new ideas, and solutions to improve existing processes and solutions are highly valued. Additionally, proficiency in business process analysis, requirement analysis, requirement gathering, technical architecture, and business analytical skills is essential. Good at identifying risks, improving system design, and relevant feature sets, and sharing mitigation plans against them.
