Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining consistency with international brand standards across all aspects of the restaurant experience, including atmosphere, signature drinks, and culinary offerings.
  • Providing regular financial reports and analysis to ensure effective management of costs and optimization of revenue streams.
  • Managing staffing costs efficiently by creating work schedules that meet legal requirements while maintaining productivity and minimizing unnecessary expenses.
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Overseeing the implementation of operational standards and procedures to maintain high-quality service levels and adherence to company policies.
  • Conducting shift briefings to ensure staff awareness of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials, and emphasis on upselling targeted products.
  • Encouraging and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service during all shifts.
  • Sharing recommendations and guest feedback with senior management to inform strategic decisions regarding menu offerings and promotional activities.
  • Developing and implementing promotional calendars for F&B products to enhance sales and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 4–5-star hotel environment.
  • Proven knowledge of beverages, including spirits, wine, and beer, with excellent skills in pouring techniques and cocktail preparation.
  • Fluency in English, with Arabic language proficiency highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with micros operating systems.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
