Restaurant Manager vacancy in Muscat Oman

We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian restaurant in Muscat, Oman. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all restaurant staff, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house employees
  • Create and implement effective business strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and menu items
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
