Job Description

As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the restaurant.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining Trader Vic's international brand standards
  • Preparing monthly reports on financial and product issues
  • Controlling and analyzing departmental costs to ensure performance against budget
  • Managing staffing costs by preparing efficient work schedules in line with legal requirements
  • Coordinating the preparation of the departmental annual budget
  • Overseeing the implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental manual
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 4–5-star hotel
  • Excellent knowledge of beverages, including alcohol
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Micros operating systems
  • Strong customer service skills
