Restaurant Leadership Position

The ideal candidate for this role will be a skilled leader who can manage the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, team performance, and operational efficiency.

  • Maintain service quality by working closely with front and back-of-house staff.
  • Enforce company policies and meet sales and profit goals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant.
  • Manage the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, meeting quality and safety standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Train employees on new skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and business strategies.
  • Oversee financial performance, including forecasting and cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to develop new menu items.
Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Passion for leadership and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and its trends.
