Situated at 2,000m above sea level on the edge of the canyon in Jabal Akhdar, one of our properties boasts a stunning cliff side pool villa resort with 172 keys, including penthouse suites and villas, plus great food and beverage concepts. We need your expertise to help us build a culture that changes the stay experience complimented by breathtaking views that leave everyone in awe.

Your Role:
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital strategy, public media, and web imagery.
  • You will assist in formulating strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • You will develop and enhance our property's content and sustainability efforts, and execute developmental and environmental initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in producing marketing reports and driving digital materials.
  • Plan and monitor our company presence on social media channels and all online channels.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing channels on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
  • Develop new marketing initiatives such as new social media content, events, or crossover collaborations.
  • Maintain consistency and brand presence on all online channels.
  • Track online reputation and update our website.
  • Liaise with our PR agency and marketing team to ensure tasks are completed and delivered within the deadline.
  • Other tasks assigned by our management team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing marketing budgets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with a strong understanding of content marketing and brand management.
  • Knowledge of sustainable business practices and corporate social responsibility.
