HSE Officer Role Summary

Job Type: Full-time, Mid-Senior level

Employment Benefits:

  • Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained.
  • Develop audit documentation and track corrective actions to monitor trends.
  • Assist in preparing HSE procedures, programs, and technical documents.
  • Support the HSE Management System and maintain related documentation.
  • Investigate incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Generate periodic HSE reports and provide detailed safety analytics.
  • Participate in Job Safety Assessments and use relevant risk assessment tools.
  • Conduct daily Toolbox Talks (TBTs) and perform inspections of contractors, personnel, and equipment.
  • Monitor and report weekly on audit and inspection results.
  • Track and report on action plans related to inspections, audits, and incidents.

About the Position:

  • The successful candidate will possess a NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).
  • Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in similar industries, preferably in brownfield construction and commissioning projects.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi or Chinese is required.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
