Key Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key accounts, delivering agreed KPIs, and achieving AOP revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Deliver against agreed-upon KPIs, including revenue targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic language.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop business cases.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills.
KPIs:
  • Achieve ≥100% AOP Revenue & OYOV.
  • Deliver all assigned sales-related projects as per KPIs; stalled opportunities should not exceed 10% of the pipeline.
  • Control escalations by following up with stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.
  • Lead projects to achieve 100% AOP Revenue; manage bad debts, adjustments, and terminations to reduce revenue leakage to less than 5% of overall collectibles.
