Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.

Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.

Financial Management: Track project budgets, identify cost overruns, and implement corrective actions to ensure financial stability.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring accessibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Education: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.

Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in managing construction projects, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent English proficiency both written and verbal.
