Sales Leadership Role
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Key Account channel and drive Sales Target results.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and managing core stores and sales locations, developing and executing promotional plans, and managing customer relationships.
They will also supervise KA supervisors and sales guides, submit sales reports, and provide valuable insights on market information.
This is a challenging role that requires a bachelor's degree or above, at least 5 years of mobile phone sales experience in Oman, with a minimum of 3 years of KA sales experience.
A strong background in customer relationship management, channel sales, management of sales guides, promotional activities, and sales location construction is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the KA channel and drive ST results
- Build and manage core stores and sales locations
- Develop and execute promotional plans
- Manage customer relationships
- Supervise KA supervisors and sales guides
- Submit sales reports
- Provide market information feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 5 years of mobile phone sales experience in Oman
- Minimum 3 years of KA sales experience
- Rich experience in customer relationship management, channel sales, management of sales guides, promotional activities, and sales location construction
