Operator Role

We are seeking an Operator to join our team and contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our plant.

The successful candidate will assist in operating and monitoring process equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. They will also be responsible for monitoring and recording equipment operational parameters, reporting abnormalities to supervisors or colleagues.

Key tasks include:

  • Assisting in the start-up and shutdown of systems as directed by supervisors.
  • Pressurizing and depressurizing equipment and pipelines when required.
  • Monitoring pressure, delta pressure, temperature, and level gauges, reporting irregularities to supervisors.
  • Following instructions from supervisors to maintain stable plant operations and support production optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial processes and equipment, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A technical degree in Industrial Processes, Chemical, Petroleum, or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Familiarity with plant equipment, processes, and ongoing activities.
  • General troubleshooting, problem-solving, information analysis, and interpersonal skills.
