We are currently seeking a dynamic professional to fill the role of Account Manager. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who possess strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude towards building relationships.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for introducing our software solutions to potential users, maintaining strong client relationships, and improving overall user perception.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field, as well as a basic understanding of oil and gas workflows.

In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and promote software adoption, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing users, and learn to use and test the application to ensure quality and user-friendly functionality.

You will also prepare and refine documentation to enhance customer understanding, gather feedback from users to help improve the software's effectiveness, and represent the company in meetings, events, and industry discussions.
