Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Swimming Pool Technician to join our team. As a Swimming Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our pool area, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain swimming pools to ensure they meet safety and aesthetic standards.
  • Operate and maintain pool equipment, including pumps, heaters, and filtration systems, to guarantee optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Test and adjust water chemistry levels to create a healthy and inviting environment.
  • Repair and maintain pool lighting, cracks, leaks, and faulty equipment to prevent accidents and prolong the lifespan of the facilities.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including draining pools and water lines as needed, to ensure the pool is always ready for use.
  • Ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and organization in the pool area at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, engineering) preferred.
  • Proven experience in swimming pool maintenance and repair, with a strong understanding of pool operations and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Ambitious and proactive approach, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
