Job Summary

This role involves providing administrative support to ensure seamless office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling paperwork, and assisting with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizing and managing daily office activities, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, events, and overseeing front desk operations.
  • Managing and maintaining records and reports.
  • Procuring and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Preparing and maintaining documents in both digital and paper formats.
  • Providing assistance with onboarding and employee relations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date office records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Vendor management skills, with the ability to manage and negotiate with vendors.
